Dill Pickle Dip #

Ingredients #

  • 8 ounces cream cheese; softened
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Equipment Needed #

  • Medium mixing bowl
  • 1 cup dry measuring cup
  • 1/4 cup liquid measuring cup
  • 1 Tbsp. measuring spoon
  • Large spoon for mixing

Instructions #

  • Stir cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add pickle juice into the cream cheese, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in chopped pickles and fresh dill.
  • Refrigerate the dip for 30 minutes, overnight if possible, before serving.
