Fried Pickles

Ingredients

- 1 16-ounce jar of kosher dill pickles, drained and dried
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. of italian or Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 egg, beaten
- Vegtable or canola oil for frying
Instructions

- Mix the flour, seasoning, red pepper flakes, pinch of salt, and a pinch of ground pepper in a large bowl
- Place the beaten egg into a small bowl,
- Dunk the pickles into the egg and then dredge in the flour mixture.
- In a deep saucepan, heat about an inch of oil to 350°F.
- Fry the pickles in small batches until golden brown. Remove from the saucepan using a slotted spoon or spider.
