Kaya Black Bean Dip

This recipe has been adjusted from the original to reduce the spice level and remove lactose.
Ingredients

- 2 chipotle peppers with 2 tsp. of adobo sauce
- 3 cup cooked black beans (2 cans)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions

- Puree chipotle peppers with half the black beans.
- Combine puree with remaining ingredients.
- Place in heatproof container(s).
- Top with grated cheese and heat in oven or microwave.
