Chocolate Chip Cookies #

**Makes ~4 dozen cookies using a size 60 scoop**

Ingredients #

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions #

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl, set aside.
  • Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
  • Gradually add flour mixture and beat until well blended
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Use a size 60 scoop to form the dough into balls and place them evenly on the prepared cookie sheet 2" apart.
  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown.
  • Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
