Chocolate Chip Cookies

**Makes ~4 dozen cookies using a size 60 scoop**
Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl, set aside.
- Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
- Gradually add flour mixture and beat until well blended
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Use a size 60 scoop to form the dough into balls and place them evenly on the prepared cookie sheet 2" apart.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown.
- Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
