Chocolate Chip Cookies

**Makes ~56 cookies using a size 60 scoop**
Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 3.4 oz. package of vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips (1 12 oz. package)
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix flour and baking soda a small bowl, set aside.
- Beat butter, vanilla pudding mix, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
- Gradually add flour mixture and beat until well blended
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Use a size 60 scoop to form the dough into balls and place them evenly on the prepared cookie sheet 2" apart
- Press a slight dimple onto the top of each dough ball
- Bake for approximately 9 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown.
- Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Notes

- Try adding back 1 tsp. of salt on next bake
- Rotate the baking sheets 180° halfway through baking
- Swap top and bottom racks halfway through baking
