In mixing bowl, cream together the egg, white and brown sugars, and crisco.
Add vanilla, milk, and peanut butter. Mix til creamy.
In medium mixing bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Slowly mix in dry ingredients until combined.
Roll dough into 48 balls.
Roll dough balls in white sugar to fully coat them and place on ungreased pans to bake.
Bake for 8-10 minutes
While cookies are baking, unwrap the Hershey’s kisses and place on a large dinner plate.
As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, press a kiss into the center of each cookie firmly enough to be seated in the cookie but gently enough to not split the cookie.
Remove cookies from tray to cooling rack when all cookies have a kiss in the center.
