Makes ~3 dozen cookies
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Stir flour, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl. Set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugars until combined
- Beat in egg and orange zest
- Gradually mix flour mixture into butter mixture.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips and mix well
- Use a size 70 scoop (~1 Tbsp) to form the dough into balls and place them evenly on the prepared cookie sheeet
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown.
- Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
