Aunt Jan’s Brownie Frosting #

This recipe makes a small batch. If using for a cake, it is recommended to triple it.

Ingredients #

• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
• 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
• 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1-2 Tbsp. milk

Equipment Needed #

• Sifter

Instructions #

• Sift the confectioners’ sugar and cocoa powder into the bowl
• Soften the butter
• Mix all ingredients together on low speed til smooth
