Chocolate Brownie Frosting #

Ingredients #

• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• 6 Tbsp. cocoa powder
• 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract

Equipment Needed #

• 2 mixing bowls

Instructions #

• Melt the butter or margarine and then mix in the cocoa powder. Set aside to cool.
• In another bowl, blend together the confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
• Slowly beat together the dry and wet ingredients.
