Chocolate Ganache Glaze #

Ingredients #

  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 1/3 tsp. vanilla

Instructions #

  • In a double boiler over hot not boiling water combine chocolate chips, margarine, and corn syrup. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Add vanilla and stir.
  • Use the glaze to dip cookies into or to spread over a cake.
