Chocolate Ganache Glaze #
Ingredients #
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/3 tsp. vanilla
Instructions #
- In a double boiler over hot not boiling water combine chocolate chips, margarine, and corn syrup. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Add vanilla and stir.
- Use the glaze to dip cookies into or to spread over a cake.
