Chocolate Pie #

Ingredients #

  • 4 ounce package of Baker’s German sweet chocolate bar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated white sugar
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 packaged graham cracker crust

Equipment Needed #

  • Stand mixer with beater attachment
  • 1 cup measuring cup
  • Spatula

Instructions #

  • Heat chocolate and milk in the microwave to melt chocolate.
  • Beat sugar into cream cheese until creamy.
  • Add milk and melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into the crust.
  • Freeze or refrigerate prior to serving.
  • (Optional) Garnish with chocolate curls.
