Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

- 4 ounce package of Baker’s German sweet chocolate bar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. granulated white sugar
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 packaged graham cracker crust
Equipment Needed

- Stand mixer with beater attachment
- 1 cup measuring cup
- Spatula
Instructions

- Heat chocolate and milk in the microwave to melt chocolate.
- Beat sugar into cream cheese until creamy.
- Add milk and melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
- Fold in the Cool Whip and blend until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into the crust.
- Freeze or refrigerate prior to serving.
- (Optional) Garnish with chocolate curls.
