Strawberry Italian Ice #
Ingredients #
- 1 lb. strawberries, cleaned and pitted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-2 trays of ice cubes
Equipment Needed #
- Blender
Instructions #
- Blend strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water until the sugar dissolves
- Add the ice and blend until smooth
- Pour into a shallow pan and place into the freezer
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes; this will take 2-3 hours to thoroughly freeze
