Halushki

Ingredients

- 14 oz. Polska kielbasa, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 1/2 head of green cabbage, sliced thin
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- 4 oz. unsalted butter
Instructions

- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- While noodles are cooking, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the kielbasa and cook until browned all around.
- Add the sliced onion to the skillet. Fry for 3 to 5 more minutes, stirring often until the onions are soft and lightly browned.
- Add the sliced cabbage and mix well. Fry for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, remaining butter, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Stir until the butter melts and everything is well-mixed.
