Ingredients #

  • 3/4 - 1 lb. chicken breast
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 3/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions #

  • Pound chicken with mallet until uniformly 1/2" thick
  • Combine olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper into a 1 gallon zipper bag
  • Place 2-4 chicken breasts in zipper bag and massage the marinade until chicken is evenly coated.
  • Seal the bag and place in fridge for 4-24 hours. Use a bowl to prevent leaking.
  • On a grill or in a pan at high heat, cook the chicken breast for 2-4 minutes per side.
