Pesto #
Ingredients #
- 2 cups of basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. of pine nuts
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 finely grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. of gemelli pasta

- Food processor
Instructions #
- Mince basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic cloves in a food processor.
- With the food processor running, slowly add the olive oil until smooth.
- Add the parmesan cheese into the pesto and run the food processor just until incorporated.
- Mix in with the pasta and serve.
