Ingredients #

  • 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1 package (8-1/2 ounces) cornbread/muffin mix
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Equipment Needed #

  • 11x7-in. baking dish
  • 1/4 tsp. measuring spoon

Instructions #

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Grease an 11x7-in. baking dish
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 400° until the top and edges are golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
