Chicken Noodle Soup #

Ingredients #

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cups cooked chicken meat, shredded
  • 2 quarts chicken broth
  • 6 oz No Yolks Extra Broad Noodles
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Equipment Needed #

  • Large pot

Instructions #

  • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and sauté 2 minutes.
  • Add carrots, celery, bay leaves, chicken and broth. Bring to a boil.
  • Add noodles. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes. Remove bay.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
