Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cups cooked chicken meat, shredded
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 6 oz No Yolks Extra Broad Noodles
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and sauté 2 minutes.
- Add carrots, celery, bay leaves, chicken and broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add noodles. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes. Remove bay.
- Season with salt and pepper.
